Phil and his team at Activate Construction came highly recommended when we were looking to extend. The project involved both demolition and rebuilding a large orangery extension with limited access at the side of the property which other builders had been reluctant to take on. From the beginning of the process Phil appeared knowledgeable and approachable, moving quickly to help make our vision a reality. Throughout the build he was courteous, friendly, efficient and professional, sticking to agreed targets and timescales. Problems that arose with the build were approached with a ‘can-do’ attitude and finding alternative ways to achieve the objective. The building team were hardworking, reliable and ensured the area was kept tidy each day. We were thrilled with the end result which has greatly enhanced family living.

Phil and his team completed a single storey extension to our property which also involved lots of
internal structural work to convert the back of our home to an open plan kitchen and dining area.
We located Phil through my builder and his communication and professionalism during this time was excellent.
The standard of work has been fantastic. Phil has ensured completion of all changes in a timely and skilled manner. Phil himself, and his team, have been courteous, considerate, helpful and supportive
at all times.
Obviously living in a home undergoing works is a strenuous situation. However Phil and team were always reliable, and never once let us down on timings and agreements.
We are very pleased with the finished outcome, and cannot recommend Phil and his team highly
enough and would definitely reach out again in the future.

I would like to thank Dale and his team for a fantastic job on our new extension.  They have carried out a beautiful addition to our home with care and consideration as we had to live here throughout.  I would particularly like to thank Ray for his expert carpentry  and all other aspects of building,  he has been amazing and has a wonderful eye for detail.    I would recommend you to anyone at any time without a doubt.    once again thank very much 😊😊

We hired Phil and his team after receiving a few different quotes. We were swayed by the qualifications and previous jobs/reviews about Activate Construction. We are so impressed with the work that Phil and his team undertook for us-a first storey extension above an existing ground floor extension. Our original plans had been drawn up, however Phil’s expertise in the area led him to suggest another configuration which enabled us to add an extra bedroom as well as relocating our bathroom upstairs. We did hit a few snags and issues, however, all these were dealt with and sorted by Phil and his team quickly and efficiently. All the workers involved were professional, polite, hard working and very knowledgeable. We also asked Phil to create a decking area in our garden after our extension had been finished.  We would highly recommend Phil and Activate Construction for any building work and would use them again in the future!

Upon first meeting Mr Sheldon presented as a very knowledgeable, empathetic professional.
He treated my wife and I with respect and understanding and was incredibly supportive throughout the initial planning process as well as the early design stage. My neighbours still comment on how quick the Construction was.
Mr Sheldon was also booked for a complete gut and subsequently a new fitting of the entire house. His insistence on perfection with his team and the work being done made the wife and I feel happy enough to step away from the project for a while and focus on other things. Dale Sheldon has been trustworthy and reliable throughout the entire process. 
To say I am over the moon with the finished product would be a massive understatement.
